School of Hard Knocks 5 Will Feature Round 1 of the $10,000 Grand Prix The Hard Knocks Fighting Championship returns to Calgary on January 30, 2010 with the debut of the new Grand Prix tournament format. Hard Knocks is currently accepting entries in all weight classes for an 8-man tournament that will be conducted over 3 events. The grand prize for the winning the tournament will be $10,000! Hard Knocks hopes to set the tournament lineup by early December. The line-up should be announced before the new year. School of Hard Knocks 5 will also deliver more high paced amateur action. Hard Knocks is planning to gather the fighters who turned in the best performances in 2009 and pit them against each other to find out who is best and ultimately who is ready to make the jump to the professional ranks!
