- Position Summary
- The Server is responsible for serving guests at an outlet while providing outstanding guest service excellence.
- Essential Functions

• Welcomes guests to table
• Ensures the quality of the food and service
• Stocks and cleans as assigned
• Ensures beverages are prepared according to house policies and adheres to all Liquor and Health policies
• Settles guests accounts
• Assists in reducing costs and waste
• Practices up-selling techniques to increase revenues
• Assists with the daily management of Food and Liquor Inventory Systems
• Manages other initiatives or duties as required - Qualifications

• Grade 10 education or suitable combination of education and experience
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills
DEALERS
- Position Summary
- The Dealer is responsible for dealing games to guests in accordance with AGLC Terms and Conditions while providing outstanding guest service excellence.
- Essential Functions

• Welcomes guests to the table
• Deals games as per AGLC Terms and Conditions
• Provides outstanding guest service excellence
• Responds to guest issues and escalates as required
• Monitors chips and cash
• Ensures the integrity of the game
• Observes problematic gaming guest behavior and reports to the Pit Supervisor
• Other duties as required - Qualifications

• Grade 10 education or suitable combination of education and experience
• Above average communication skills

BARTENDER
- Position Summary
- The Bartender is responsible to prepare beverages and serve guests while providing outstanding guest service excellence.
- Essential Functions

• Prepares and serves beverages as per house policies and adheres to all Liquor and Health policies
• Stocks bar equipment and consumable goods
• Requests supplies and signs off on stock
• Assists with monthly inventory counts
• Manages other initiatives or duties as required - Qualifications
